Zing Network was one of the earliest online photo communities launched during the Internet boom. The company's web services included digital photo albums, print processing and a robust online community of public and private photo sharing.

Tangibility was hired to help streamline the company's overall marketing strategy and increase market share. Our team conducted market analysis for the digital photography industry, established new target segments, re-branded the company, redesigned the entire service, and launched four feature releases driving 50% more utilization through viral features. We rebuilt the marketing strategy, plan, and programs, adding 700k new members in 4 months.

Zing's services were also available as a co-branding ASP for partners. Tangibility drove several successful partner negotiations and deliverables with key industry partners (Sony, Nikon, Canon, HP), leading to the eventual acquisition of the services by Sony for the Sony Imagestation. Finally, we hired and trained the Product Management team and VP of Engineering, and designed and deployed a refined product lifecycle process.
